Incomplete Commentary by the Grammarian Servius on the Aeneid of Virgil, with two 9th century quires attempting to fill the gaps in the earlier (incomplete) section -- ca. 800 : fols. 2-9, 18-89, 98-105: Servius commentary on the Aeneid, V, 93-573, VI.39-ViII.664, X.775-XI.262 (Thilo-Hagen edition numbering) -- 9th century: fols. 10-17, 90-97: V.573-Vi.38 and IX.717-X.190 -- Note: Two sets of signatures at the end of many of the quires (fols. 9v, 25v, 33r, 41v, 49v, 57v, 105v [older ones]; fols. 9v, 25v, 73v, 81v, 89v, 105v) -- Assumption: The ca. 800 sections are part of a 2-vol. set (with vol. 2 starting at fol. 18), containing the complete set of all Servius’ commentaries on VIrgil -- unusual script and more ornamental initials on fol. 18r would mark the beginning of vol. 2 --
